Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 for Expedite and $30 for Priority Post
Orders can be picked up free of charge at our storefront location. Please place your order online and select the Pick Up option - select the date and time you wish to pick up. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions (check your inbox and spam folder).

Most orders received during business hours will be shipped within 24-48hrs.
Shipping delivery times are pulled from our carriers Canada Post, and are only estimates and are not guaranteed. They also do not include the processing time or cut off times of each order.
For time sensitive packages please use one of Canada Posts Express options: *PriorityPost

Shipping Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rate selection charges for your order will be displayed and charged at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated automatically from our shipping carriers Canada Post based on weight of your package. Shipping times are estimates only, and do not include processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which includes your Tracking Number once your order has been shipped - your tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be tracked by going to Canada Post Tracking at www.canadapost.ca or by calling 1.800.257.1177. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
Damaged or Lost Products During Shipping
Hathor Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Here at Hathor Beauty we do our utmost to take every precaution when packaging to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
RETURNED PACKAGES - Rejected or Undeliverable
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct and deliverable when placing the order.
Returned packages will not be shipped out again until the address has been verified. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for reshipping of ALL packages. The Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returned packages do not qualify for a refund or a store credit!
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.
